About The Position

The Power Apps Developer is responsible for building and maintaining custom applications and automated workflows that streamline business processes and improve data accessibility. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps Build and support automated workflows using Power Automate Develop integrations with enterprise systems and various data sources Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Support application deployment, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance Ensure user adoption through collaboration, troubleshooting, and training support Maintain compliance with organizational security, governance, and IT standards Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system architecture records

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization
• Experience integrating with enterprise data sources and APIs
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience working with enterprise data sources

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP or CRM systems
