We are currently searching for a Power BI / Data Engineer : Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports following industry best practices. Build and optimize complex data models to ensure high performance and reusability. Develop complex DAX measures and calculated columns for dynamic, high-impact visualizations. Integrate diverse data sources , including SQL Server and various cloud-based APIs . Provide immediate troubleshooting for SSIS packages to ensure data loads are completed without delay. Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) jobs , reporting and escalating failures to the appropriate teams. Execute Data Quality (DQ) processes , identifying gaps and managing data deletion/cleanup. Perform deep-dive SQL debugging of complex stored procedures ( SPs ). Manage code deployments by raising Pull Requests ( PRs ) within a DevOps environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a focus on DAX and Data Modeling . Strong technical background in Data Engineering tools, specifically SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Expert-level SQL skills for debugging and optimizing stored procedures. Experience connecting to and transforming data from SQL Server and APIs . Familiarity with DevOps workflows and version control (raising/reviewing PRs). Ability to handle urgent troubleshooting for data pipeline failures. Desired: Experience in the Healthcare industry (Alignment Healthcare context). Knowledge of Azure Synapse or other cloud data warehouse technologies. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
