We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Power BI Developer. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has proven experience planning, executing, and developing end-to-end reporting that is integrated into the client’s solution and strategy. Understanding core client challenges to provide solutions through business intelligence, data and analytics, and analysis requirements to develop Microsoft Power BI reporting that helps the client identify opportunities to drive business decisions and strategies. Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of leadership and managing stakeholder expectations is critical to the role's success.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience building Power BI reporting
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or demonstrated experience
• Expertise in understanding business processes and defining business, functional, and technical requirements
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, process design, modeling, and user experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships across teams
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience building automation solutions in a Microsoft Power Platform environment and AI to reduce manual efforts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reporting for a variety of stakeholder levels, from daily operational tasks to executive Monthly Business Reviews
• Utilize Power Platform tools to minimize routine update and maintenance activities
• Apply data analysis to solve business problems and identify opportunities for process, policy, and automation improvements
• Develop a thorough understanding of the customers’ business, technical environments, needs, and constraints to effectively provide solutions
• Create intuitive user experiences that guide users to reporting impact
• Analyze complex problems, derive options and solutions, and present them in an understandable manner to stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ability to dig into raw data and surface actionable insights in support of business growth and key company decisions
• Validate the quality and data integrity of the reporting solutions
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, executives, and senior management regarding project status, risks, decisions, delivery quality, and resource-related issues using appropriate monitoring tools and techniques
• Create and maintain documentation of reporting and processes
