Power Platform Developer (Apps & Dashboards) Austin, TX - Hybrid IPTA Technology Solutions (IPTA) is passionate about providing our customers with technical solutions that satisfy their business needs. As a member of our Technology Solutions group, you will work with a team of technologists focused on delivering innovative business solutions using emerging technologies through proven successful methods. Team Mission: We operate at the intersection of modern software engineering and national defense. Our mandate is to deliver high-impact capabilities by acting as problem-solvers, technical stewards, and trusted partners of the mission. This team is a largely autonomous cell of the Data and Platform Division operating in a Major Subordinate Command, adhering to Center of Excellence standards while driving innovation and delivery on the front lines. Role Overview: As a Power Platform Developer, you are the creator at the heart of our team's mission. You will build the tools-the apps, dashboards, and automated workflows-that our users rely on. You are not just a ticket-mover; you are the owner of the solution, from conception to deployment. You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, demo your work, and iterate based on feedback. Requirements

Hands-on experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online
Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI
Familiarity with Agile development principles and practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a "make-it-happen" attitude
Excellent communication skills and comfortable with demoing your work and interacting directly with clients
A fast learner who thrives in a high-pressure, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with React/Typescript development
Experience with Vantage
Experience with Dataverse for Teams or Dataverse
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)

Responsibilities

Application Development: Design, build, and deploy high-quality, user-friendly applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and SharePoint lists/views
Automation: Create robust, efficient workflows and automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes
Data Visualization: Develop insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide users with actionable data
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients and end-users to gather requirements, understand pain points, and conduct product demonstrations
Agile Participation: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, embrace iterative development, and contribute to a culture of "disagree and commit"
Quality & Standards: Adhere to the "Scout Rule" by leaving the codebase cleaner than you found it and ensuring your work meets or exceeds team standards
