About The Position

Job Title: Automotive Power Supply System Engineer
Location: Detroit, Michigan, USA
Responsibilities:
1. Lead power system tasks including customer requirements analysis, specification development, and system design
Conduct failure and safety analysis (DFMEA, FTA) and define product-specific characteristics
2. Manage technical project aspects, analyze technical issues/risks, and drive solution implementation
3. Address system self-testing, DV, and PV testing for complete power supply systems

Requirements

• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
• 3+ years experience in hardware/systems for new energy vehicles
• Deep understanding of automotive power supply environments and power electronics topologies. (DCDC, OBC)
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, with excellent communication abilities
