As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a quickly growing team, helping implement new service offerings, and providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

Power washing experience IS required for this role.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work on man lifts up to 100'
• Valid Driver's License
• Time/schedule management

Responsibilities

• Manage your power washing teams to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Create and manage the schedule on a daily basis
• Fill in on jobs when necessary
