About The Position

You start your shift by checking your forklift, confirming it’s safe and ready. From there, you’ll navigate the yard and facility to move raw materials and finished goods where they’re needed most. You’ll load and unload arriving trucks and containers, keep inventory organized and accurate, and coordinate with teammates to hit deadlines without compromising safety. If something looks off—an unusual sound from a lift, a loose pallet, a blocked lane—you act quickly, report it, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Hands-on forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
  • Capable of lifting heavy items and performing physical work.
  • Clear communicator and reliable team player.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks for inventory management.
  • Work is primarily outdoors and may include exposure to changing weather conditions.
  • Proficient in OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)

  • Heavy Material Handling
  • Forklift Licensed

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to move, stage, and relocate products efficiently and safely.
  • Handle loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
  • Perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance or safety needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and support stock organization.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies without exception.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure on-time, error-free operations.
  • Promptly report equipment issues or potential safety hazards to leadership.
