About The Position
River Valley Power and Sport is hiring a Powersports Parts & Accessories Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves powersports and enjoys selling. If you’re passionate about ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and on-road powersports, this is an opportunity to turn that passion into a strong career with a growing dealership. This role combines sales, customer service, and dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend and close accessories
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and comfortable in a busy dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in powersports, motorcycle, automotive parts, small engine, RV, agriculture, or lawn & garden is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Sell parts and accessories to powersports customers
- Recommend upgrades and add-ons for new unit buyers
- Support service technicians with parts lookup and ordering
- Provide quotes and cost estimates
- Process invoices and customer payments
- Help maintain parts inventory and merchandising
