SUMMARY Manages the operation and profitability for a smaller size or single operation within the Oil Field Services or Inspection business. Provides day-to-day leadership to a team of technical specialists directly or through supervisor. Oversees workflow and ensures customers are regularly updated on progress of assignments.

Requirements

University Degree in Business or Related Field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within Oil Field Services or Inspection industry
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including foreign currencies, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Advanced ability to lead, motivate and challenge others
Advanced communication, verbally and in writing with all relevant audiences
Moderate understanding of financial statements, reporting and budgeting
Flexibility to prioritize and plan multiple work activities, using time effectively throughout the day
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

Manage the overall profitability and financial performance of the location, including preparation, completion, and timely submission of all required financial reports.
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget and ensure achievement of financial targets, including DSO and other agreed KPIs.
Ensure accurate administration of the Order Management System and SAIL.
Act independently and make sound decisions within company policies, applying expertise to resolve complex operational and financial issues.
Lead, motivate, and provide direction to supervisors, technical specialists, and staff.
Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Conduct staff performance reviews, including assessment of training, development, and resource needs.
Ensure employee compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, work habits, and performance expectations.
Maintain all required quality control and compliance documentation, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
Ensure operations are performed in accordance with customer instructions, the Global Safety Manual, local safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor and ensure completion of required technical, safety, regulatory, and compliance training, including applicable examinations and certifications.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of inspection and laboratory test results.
Maintain and grow strong customer relationships; serve as a point of contact for updates, inquiries, and complaint resolution.
Market company services locally and support sales and business development activities.
Prepare technical, financial, and workforce-related proposals for management review as required.
Ensure local operations are aligned with company strategy, policies, and operational objectives.
Provide input into operational policy development, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Advise the Area Manager on financial, operational, and performance-related matters.
Perform other duties as required to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
