About The Position

The purpose of this position is to contribute to the duties of the Public Relations Team in a variety of different ways. This job will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of our brand through strategic engagement with franchise partners through local marketing. This includes but is not limited to coordination of the press for local franchise partners, dessert drops, and cultivating relationships with FP’s and other departments at HQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, & 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Love for and experience event planning
• Data-driven
• Ability to be flexible yet strategic
• Works well as part of a team
• Ability to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with the Crumbl Franchise is preferred but not required
