POSITION SUMMARY Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians and business development for strategic growth. Oversee radiologist scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve any scheduling issues. Manage and implement quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics. Maintain client relationships, communicate practice performance, and support a team-oriented environment. Develop and adhere to budgets, coordinate with IT for system support, and facilitate internal meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables.
  • Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, detail orientation, process design, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • MHA or MBA is a plus.
