As a newer clinic in the Drexel Hill area, we are proud to bring our proven approach closer to patients in Drexel Hill and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to be the trusted weight loss and wellness specialist in the region by helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting change through expert care, accountability, and support. We strive to be the clinic patients choose, return to, and recommend to others, and the practice that physicians, fitness professionals, local businesses, and community partners confidently refer to. As our Practice Growth & Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play an important role in expanding our visibility in the community, generating and converting new patient interest, and helping deliver a supportive, high-quality patient experience that drives retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and results-driven Practice Growth & Patient Experience Coordinator to help grow the clinic and support a high-quality patient experience. This role connects community outreach, patient outreach, local marketing, lead follow-up, and in-clinic patient experience into one goal: building awareness, generating leads, converting them into patients, and supporting retention, referrals, and positive reviews. This is a full-time position. The clinic is open 22 hours per week, and the remaining work hours are spent on community outreach, patient follow-up, marketing, and relationship-building. Those non-clinic hours are flexible and may be worked before or after clinic hours or on days the clinic is closed.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and relationships in the local community to generate referrals and new patient leads
  • Follow up with prospective, current, and inactive patients to support conversion and retention
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional patient experience in the clinic
  • Support local marketing efforts, including social media, events, testimonials, and in-office materials
  • Help strengthen the clinic’s reputation through exceptional service, positive reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals
