About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Billing, Finance, or Revenue Cycle subject expert to support multiple responsibilities across the full lifecycle of a medical claim. This role will focus on educating and supporting physicians and midlevel's on appropriate diagnosis coding, CPT selection, and billing levels to ensure accurate and compliant reimbursement. Key expectations include creating and analyzing financial reports for reconciliation with physicians, identifying obstacles, and sharing insights with executive leadership to drive process improvement and growth initiatives. The role will also provide day to day support to physicians regarding billing questions, coordinate coding education meetings, and support documentation requirements in collaboration with coding teams. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed to support operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience Required: 3 years of experience in progressive and hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement new office procedures as necessary to improve office flow and overall operations.
• In addition manages the daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and operational checks and balances.
• Manages Human Resources by interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating ensuring optimal staffing at all times.
• Reviews the operational budget and expenditures and works to ensure the practice stays within the budget parameters.
