Requirements

  • 5+ years healthcare management with strong financial and operational focus
  • Medical practice management with proven revenue and cost management success
  • Staff supervision and team leadership with results-driven approach
  • Financial performance management and budget oversight experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field)
  • Strong financial and analytical background highly valued

Nice To Haves

  • Practice management in orthopedics or multi-specialty clinics with strong financial performance
  • Healthcare financial management, revenue cycle, or practice operations experience
  • Electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems proficiency
