Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- GED or High School diploma is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and healthcare operations preferred
- Bachelor Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance improvement
- Monitor clinic productivity, revenue cycle processes, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with providers to continually improve patient care and service
