About The Position

Own the overall performance and daily operations of a mental health clinic Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to operational and experience standards Ensure patients receive timely, professional, and supportive care Healthcare experience is not required — comprehensive training provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a service-driven or operational role
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, metrics, and performance outcomes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or outpatient clinic settings
• Background in hospitality, customer experience, or relationship-based sales
• Experience managing scheduling systems or administrative workflows

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Coach and manage team members to meet performance goals and KPIs
• Track operational and patient experience metrics to drive improvement
