Practice Manager (Experienced Candidates Only) - OB/GYN
About The Position
Practice Manager-Granger Medical Clinic We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our fast-paced OB/GYN practice, consisting of 10 busy physicians . This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Primary Care and is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and team performance while fostering a collaborative and patient-centered culture. Summary: The Practice Manager provides operational and strategic leadership for the OB/GYN clinic. This role ensures efficient clinic performance, achievement of productivity and patient satisfaction goals, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment aligned with Granger's mission and values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare management experience (2+ years supervisory required)
- Experience managing budgets and clinic operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency

- Bachelor's preferred (experience may be considered)
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels of support
- Oversee daily clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and supplies, disciplinary action, and environmental care
- Ensure patient throughput meets productivity goals
- Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff as well as work with direct reports to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Monitor budgets and operational performance
- Ensure compliance and risk standards, patient safety, and quality standards
- Drive patient satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and other departments
