Ondaro is seeking a high-performing Practice Strategy Lead for Managed Services expert in ServiceNow Managed Services and owns the strategic go-to-market direction for the practice

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technology background and experience
  • ServiceNow presales certification
  • Relevant ServiceNow product line certifications
  • 5+ years in technology managed services
  • 10+ years in technology operations and program management

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic direction and go-to-market execution for Ondaro’s Managed Services practice.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in ServiceNow Managed Services, including platform operations, governance, and value realization.
  • Define, evolve, and refine Managed Services offerings, ensuring alignment to client outcomes, market demand, and Ondaro’s strategy-first approach.
  • Provide industry insight, ServiceNow best practices, and customer experience guidance informed by real-world delivery and advisory experience.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation, growth, and innovation.
  • Evaluate the viability, scalability, and positioning of Managed Services offerings, including high-level cost, effort, and value considerations; partner with Managed Service delivery leadership on AI-leveraged value.
  • Act as Ondaro’s Managed Services thought leader in executive briefings, marketing initiatives, and ServiceNow-related events.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Managed Services through new processes, tools, AI enablement, or service models.
  • Create and curate educational and enablement materials for internal teams to support consistent understanding and delivery of Managed Services.
