Job Summary: The PMG Practice Supervisor’s primary role is to supervise all employees in the department or practice while adhering to Porter Medical Center’s policies, procedures and regulations. This position will include other responsibilities as well. Some of which are: Staff Evaluations, completing payroll, assisting with staffing/coverage, working with PMG billing staff, other duties as assigned. We are comprised of a 25-bed acute care facility, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit, short-term rehabilitation unit and a long-term care unit, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices throughout Addison county and the town of Brandon.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of education and/or experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills in oral and written communication, negotiation, problem resolution and coordination.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and word processing.
