Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves
- Experienced automotive technician with pre-owned or recon experience
- Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience strongly preferred
- ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain—we support your growth)
- Detail-driven, efficient, and proud of your workmanship
- Professional communicator and strong team collaborator
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning on pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Repair and service major systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical
- Utilize factory-level diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues accurately
- Document findings clearly and collaborate with Service Advisors on repair recommendations
- Complete warranty, recon, and customer-ready repairs to Mercedes-Benz and dealership standards
- Ensure every vehicle meets the performance, safety, and luxury expectations of the brand
