BMW of Pembroke Pines, part of the Holman Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, elevating customer experience, and supporting the professional development of our sales team. Your primary focus will be driving pre-owned performance within a mixed sales floor.

Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience is required
  • A people‑focused mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
  • High energy, positive attitude, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to set the tone and lead by example
  • Passion for coaching, developing, and elevating team performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • BMW sales management experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all pre-owned vehicle sales operations within the dealership
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Planning, monitoring, and achieving pre-owned sales targets
  • Managing pre-owned inventory to maximize sales and profitability
  • Supporting and executing pre-owned vehicle marketing initiatives
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing sales consultants
  • Guiding the team in building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of sales deals and supporting paperwork
  • Creating and maintaining effective sales personnel schedules
  • Performing additional duties or special projects as needed
