Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in customer service or sales (preferred, not required)
- Strong people skills – able to build rapport and trust
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
- Willingness to work within store hours
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and build lasting relationships
- Set and manage customer appointments
- Assist customers through the loan process
- Complete structured training plans to grow your skills
- Support dealership marketing efforts, including social media
