About The Position

A PreRoll Production technician has the responsibility of preparing bulk cannabis for pre-rolls, Keeping track of weight of material being used and wasted material, making sure the Pre-roll machine stays running, and Quality control. This is a manufacturing position in a production environment.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Pass a Background Check
Ability to Produce and Pack 7500 ½ gram pre-rolls per 8hr shift.
Ability to Produce and Pack 5,000 pre-rolls per 8hr shift
Ability to work full 8hrs+ shifts.
Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Show up on time with a positive and energetic attitude.
Maintain strict paper records of weighed product, boxed items, equipment maintenance, QC, and duration to complete the task.
Record keeping of all details pertinent to production weights of projects, time to complete each project, number of units produced, efficiency of the machine, and QC.
Follow all standard operations procedures set forth by management.
Counting, Grinding, operating, assessing product, and packaging/jarring
Filling multi packs into jars and filling single 1-gram pre rolls into individual tubes.
Packaging and checking products with accuracy.
Cleaning of production equipment and facility.
Maintaining strict inventory records of product, materials, and equipment.
Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area in pristine condition.
Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
Culture of safety and attention to detail.
Quality assurance to be as accurate as possible
Production of other various Aeriz products.
