Precision Solutions Specialist
About The Position
Provide services, expertise, and training for the sale and support of precision solutions. Promotes and advocates and champions new solutions as they become available in precision technology that become available. Essential Functions Coordinates the execution of United Ag & Turf’s Precision strategy Provides support for precision products Supports the precision strategy and other aligned technology and applications. Works with all dealership departments to sell and support precision farming products and services. Serves as the internal and external technical specialist for all precision products Delivers employee and customer training for advanced precision products Provides recommendations on precision products and solutions Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers Support the dealership efforts with third-party providers (Certified Crop Advisor, Ag Service Provider, etc.) and related businesses Physical Demands This position requires minimal physical demands that are necessary to perform the essential functions of the position, including: talking and hearing. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit; walk, type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Requirements
- 1+ years experience in an agriculture-related role
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers
Nice To Haves
- Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred
- Associates degree or Bachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization preferred
