Step onto 3rd shift and keep our press tooling at its best Imagine starting your night at 10:00 pm in our 300+ employee union facility in Chilton, WI. You review the night’s production priorities, check tooling status, and walk the floor—safety first, verifying lockout/tagout is followed. You’ll move between the toolroom and the presses, disassembling and rebuilding dies, machining components on lathes, mills, and surface grinders, and dialing in equipment to hit tight specs. By 6:00 am, you’ve left the area spotless, completed your documentation, and handed off a stable process for the next shift.
