Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
Experience living and working in Denver.
Fulltime employment in the Denver office.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual estimates based on preliminary plans and information
Complete quantity take-offs and internal estimates.
Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.
Identify and solicit appropriate subcontractor and supplier bids based on project requirements.
Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.
Initiate alternative pricing options including value enhancement opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Coordinate the project transition from preconstruction and the bid phase to the construction project team.
