About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the Premium Seating Department regarding all marketing, sales and service components of the Green Bay Packers Premium Seating program for the 2026 offseason & season. The internship is a paid, season-long position that may require working nights, holidays and weekends as needed. The position is full-time (40+ hours per week). Attendance is required for all home games, training camp, department events and marquee events (e.g., Family Night, concert, etc.). Timeframe: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of responsible and progressive experience in customer service/hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and oral.
  • Must convey professionalism in appearance and all interactions with internal and external clients and all Packers partners.
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task and be flexible.
  • Ability to listen to and address the needs of current and potential clients.
  • Effective problem solving/trouble-shooting skills.
  • Knowledge in Archtics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, KORE (Microsoft) or similar CRM preferred.
  • Must be a team player and strive for excellence in all matters.
  • Willingness and ability to work long hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Some travel between buildings is required
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to premium clients, prospective clients, and Lambeau Field guests through effective verbal, written, and in-person communication, including addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing, tracking and fulfilling renewal and sales campaigns for available premium seating inventory.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and hosting of exclusive premium events, including but not limited to, creating name tags, check-in lists, researching venues, set-up/tear down, and post-event evaluation for suite and club seat holder events and Training Camp.
  • Help propose and develop new events, processes and initiatives to help attract and retain Premium Seating clients.
  • Assist with management and storage of premium items inventory & distribution.
  • Management of general premium seating email inbox and general service requests/calls.
  • Lead premium seating gameday preparation and set up and assist as needed with ticketing & premium seating gameday initiatives and tasks.
  • Support single-game suite and group sales through payment processing, mobile ticketing assistance, and gameday communication.
  • Manage client data and help ensure proper and consistent tracking and reporting using Archtics and KORE CRM.
  • Assist with the management of all premium seating waiting lists and ticket request fulfillment using Archtics.
  • Assist with billings, collections and monthly reporting for premium accounts as needed.
  • Be able to independently process ticket orders, while anticipating needs and possible issues, noting to and suggesting solutions.
  • Work cross-departmentally with Packers security, maintenance, marketing and Delaware North Sports Service to fulfill client needs and accomplish the Green Bay Packers mission statement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
