Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
Ability to pass background check.
Ability to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Stand and work in a kitchen environment for extended periods.
Lift and carry heavy objects, including pots, pans, and trays.
Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to heat and kitchen elements.
Moderate to high noise levels.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces and dressings.
Follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing food properly.
Support the culinary team during service by assembling dishes, garnishing plates, and coordinating with other kitchen staff.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
Communicate effectively with kitchen colleagues and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of orders.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating products, and restocking supplies as needed.
Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development, actively participating in training sessions and seeking feedback from supervisors.
