About The Position
Mission Yogurt is seeking Prep Cooks for Marczyk at Denver International Airport. This position requires open availability. Known for gourmet ingredients, artisan sandwiches, and exceptionally prepared foods, Marczyk Fine Foods is a Denver staple. At Denver International Airport, we’re proud to bring those same fresh flavors and high standards to travelers from around the world. The Prep Cook helps keep the kitchen running smoothly by prepping ingredients, following recipes, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This role supports the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook, BOH prep, grill cook, team member
- Delivery of superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.

- Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
- Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.
- Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment.
- Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
