About The Position

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home. Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place. About the Role As a Prep Cook at Flow, you will have experience working with organic ingredients, fresh seasonal produce, and farm-to-table kitchens focused on locally sourced menus. Your role is vital in bringing our hospitality vision to life through thoughtfully crafted plates and a deep respect for the culinary process. With an eye for detail and a passion for quality, you will support our kitchen team in creating meals that nourish not just the body, but also a sense of connection and community. Whether it’s prepping for a busy brunch or supporting a sustainably sourced dinner service, you will bring a commitment to design, sustainability, and care in every dish.

  • Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy seasons.

  • Remain calm and focused under pressure; we value grace and grit, especially during peak hours.
