This individual is an important part of our high-volume restaurant. This position may require working on the line as needed.

Responsibilities
- Sets up and stocks assigned stations
- Completes station prep tasks
- Follows recipes accurately
- Communicates prep needs to chef and kitchen staff
- Works service on the line when needed
- Upholds food quality standards
- Breaks down and cleans station daily
- Completes assigned cleaning tasks as per the master cleaning schedule
- Upholds food safety standards at all times
- Maintains clean and organized work area.
- Maintains a positive attitude in the presence of other line cooks.
- Help maintain safe sanitary work environment.
- Plays an active role in quality assurance.
- Assists with special prep, R&D.
- Actively participates in management of raw and prepped inventory
