About The Position

As the Prepress Department Lead, you will oversee all prepress activities to ensure the accurate preparation of digital files for printing. Your role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflows, and facilitating efficient production processes. Responsibilities

• Lead the prepress team in preparing digital files for printing, including checking file formats, resolution, color profiles, and fonts.
• Review customer-provided artwork and make necessary adjustments to meet printing requirements and quality standards.
• Manage color calibration and profiling processes to ensure accurate color reproduction across different printing devices and substrates.
• Work closely with production coordinators and operators to address any prepress-related issues and prevent production delays or errors.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support the professional growth and development of team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements in prepress workflows to continuously improve departmental practices.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and expectations.
• Any other related task and/or responsibility assigned by supervisor.
