Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing management - cross-industry experience is welcome
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting/enrollment
  • Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Have two or more years of education center leadership/sales and marketing management experience (preferred)/cross industry experience
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Center Director and ownership determine strategies for school growth
  • Manages all aspects of growth and enrollment for preschool
  • Drive consistent results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth
  • Manages community relationships and events, organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment initiatives
  • Manages vendor relationships related to marketing events
  • Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our programs
  • Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
  • Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment
  • Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
  • Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention
  • Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)
  • Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer information in center systems
  • Responsible for communications to families, planning for parent pleasers
