About The Position

Preschool Movement & Magic Teacher Elite Dance Academy | Broomfield, CO Do little kids naturally run toward you? Are you the person who can turn a scarf into a butterfly, a circle into an adventure, and a room full of preschoolers into something joyful and magical? Elite Dance Academy is looking for an energetic, nurturing, and creative Preschool Movement Teacher to lead our youngest dancers (ages 2–5) in joyful, confidence-building movement classes. You do not need to be a professional dancer. You do not need advanced technique training. What you DO need: A deep love for young children Big, positive energy Creativity and imagination The ability to lead a room with warmth and structure If you’ve worked in a preschool, daycare, early childhood classroom, children’s theater, camp setting, enrichment program — or are a mom who thrives leading little ones — this may be exactly what you’re looking for. We can teach you the dance basics. We provide curriculum, structure, and training. We cannot teach heart, joy, and natural connection with young children. What This Role Looks Like Leading high-energy, movement-based classes for preschool and PreK children Creating engaging, imaginative experiences that build confidence, listening skills, and coordination Introducing very basic dance and rhythm skills in a fun, accessible way Bringing structure, consistency, preparation, and strong classroom management into every class Partnering with leadership to help grow an exceptional early childhood program Who Will Thrive Here Someone who truly loves ages 2–5 A natural leader with strong classroom presence High-energy and expressive Organized, dependable, and prepared Comfortable communicating with parents Someone who understands that leading young children is joyful AND requires professionalism, consistency, and strong classroom management Experience We Value Preschool or daycare teaching Early childhood education background Camp counselor or children’s theater experience Mommy & Me or toddler enrichment programs Dance experience is welcome but not required Growth Opportunity This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a Preschool Program Leader , helping shape curriculum, mentor teachers, and expand early childhood offerings at Elite Dance Academy.
