Requirements
- Teachers: CDA or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field
- Teachers: 6–12 months of relevant experience
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): High school diploma
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): Infant/Toddler training
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
- Teacher Aides: No experience required
- Consistent attendance and ability to work your full assigned schedule is essential
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support learning through play-based, hands-on activities
- Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families
- Contribute ideas and creativity to a collaborative school community
- Reliably work your scheduled days and hours to support classroom continuity
