About The Position

Join our team in caring for young children at our early learning center in South Tampa. We are excited to be increasing our numbers and looking to hire passionate, dependable, loving and energetic full-time and part-time Lead & Assistant teachers. Our location has been open for 20+ years. The preschool embraces a constructivist approach to learning, providing a strong academic foundation in a warm, nurturing and fun environment. Requirements

Provide basic needs for children
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
Establish and implement classroom management effectively
Participate in ongoing professional development
Must stand, interact and supervise while on the playground
Able to lift 35 pounds and comfort children

Successful completion of a urine drug screen and background check
High school diploma or GED
