About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Prescription (RX) Drug Implementation Coordinator to join the team! The Prescription (RX) Drug Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end pharmacy setup requirements for all new clients, and current clients making changes to their pharmacy benefits. This includes coordination with external Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) partners, communicating with internal stakeholders, tracking status updates, leading key implementation activities for Imagine360Rx, acting as the subject-matter-expert for a client's pharmacy benefits, and providing approval on required pharmacy documentation. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Associates Degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Pharmacy or Medical Setting
  • Remote work capabilities
  • Proficient mathematical, 10-key and typing skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to remain neutral and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation calls with PBM partners to support new client pharmacy setups.
  • Coordinate pharmacy benefit changes for current clients with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate setup of required eligibility, claims, and/or accumulator files between i360 and the PBM partners.
  • Lead key implementation activities for Imagine360Rx, Imagine360s white-labelled pharmacy benefit solution - including leading the client and stakeholders through the I360Rx Implementation guide, engaging with technical contacts, ensuring all required documentation is reviewed, approved, and signed, and ensuring accurate and timely setup.
  • Provide status updates to internal stakeholders for all ongoing pharmacy setups.
  • Audits plan set up/changes for accuracy. Coordinates eligibility with the PBM.
  • Review and approve client ID cards and plan docs to ensure accuracy on behalf of Rx Services.
  • Resolve any HelpDesk tickets or Client Change Requests assigned to the Rx Services queue.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams to address and resolve any required pharmacy file transmission issues with clients.
  • Appropriately escalates challenges up the chain of command.
  • Preempt issues to ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of client status and areas of rapid issue resolution
  • Trains new employees/and cross departmentally as assigned.
  • Explains and demonstrates duties and proper procedures in performing duties.
  • Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures.
  • Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality
  • Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters.
  • Performs self-quality monitoring to develop and execute plans to meet established goals.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.
