Requirements

High School Diploma/GED - required.
Safety-conscious individual with a high level of accountability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

A competent machine operator.

Responsibilities

Accountable for safely operating the press brake machinery or turret machinery.
Consistently wear the required PPE per policy.
Complete safety audits monthly.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Seek to identify potential hazards and resolve them.
Quality-minded with attention to detail.
Accurately read measuring equipment: calipers, height gauge, and micrometer.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
Notify appropriate support elements when non-conformances are identified.
Competent machine operator
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Work independently with minimal assistance required once trained.
Think critically and demonstrate the ability to understand and set up machines.
Organization of area maintaining cleanliness and 5S elements.
