Requirements

Six months as a press operator - O-Rings or press operator - custom.
Must have a working knowledge of the molding characteristics of Parco's compounds.
Minimum education: 12th grade or equivalent.
Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Completes daily time card.
Follows and signs work orders.
If required, completes work order changes.
Follows engineering instructions to complete process studies, pilot productions, and first articles.
Follows safety rules.
Sets up an injection molding press.
Molds parts using an injection molding press.
Changes molding conditions if required.
Returns unused compounded material to mixing department.
