Press Operator (3rd Shift) - Chadler
About The Position
Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 3rd Shift- Press Operator for our Chandler, AZ facility. Schedule: 10:00p-6:30am Sunday - Thursday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required) Compensation: $21.50 per hour (also includes an additional $1.25 an hour shift differential) The Role: This role is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-C" positions, primarily within the Press area. This includes but is not limited to, the Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles.
Requirements
- Prior machine operating experience- required
- Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment- required
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
- In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
- You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems-preferred
