Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Meets with clients regularly and in accordance with program policies and procedures. Reports clients’ progress to the referral source and refers clients to the appropriate community providers in an accurate and timely manner. Monitors clients’ compliance with program rules and conditions of bond in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates and monitors clients’ scheduled activities for electronic monitoring in an accurate and timely manner. Utilizes S.T.E.P.S. (Strategies for Effective Pretrial Supervision) appropriately based on client needs. Utilizes Court Appearance Plan, Role Clarification, and Core Correctional Practices (CCP) Skills in accordance with program policies and procedures Submits required audio recording as determined by proficiency level in S.T.E.P.S. Types and maintains correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary in an accurate and timely manner. Is knowledgeable of and utilizes community resources. Completes appropriate release of information forms as required for making a referral and/or releasing information in an accurate and timely manner. Assists with preparing client files for closure upon program completion in accordance with Agency policies and procedures in an accurate and timely manner. Enters data accurately from various forms into the client database and follows up with corrections of any found errors in a timely manner.
