We are looking for a Seasonal Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs across our public housing portfolio. In this role, you will ensure units and common areas meet HUD’s NSPIRE and Housing Quality Standards (HQS), keeping them safe, decent, and sanitary. You will use mobile technology to document deficiencies, manage work orders, record utility readings, and support Ready-to-Rent (RTR) efforts, seasonal projects, and grounds preservation. This position is essential to maintaining compliance and quality for our residents.
