About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator will support pricing operations across multiple channels and business units. This role is detail-focused and execution-driven, supporting pricing updates, data accuracy, and internal pricing requests. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing changes are processed correctly and on time. This position works out of our Hollywood, FL office.

Requirements

Experience in pricing, purchasing, operations, e-commerce, or distribution
Strong Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, filters/sorting, basic formulas).
Comfortable handling large data sets and repetitive tasks with accuracy.
ERP experience (NetSuite or similar)
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Strong communication and follow-through.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Power Query experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day pricing operations (pricing updates, file preparation, routine maintenance).
Process vendor-provided data and assist with cost/price updates using internal guidelines.
Prepare and validate spreadsheets for uploads/imports into internal systems.
Support internal teams with pricing-related questions and item lookups.
Assist with basic market/competitor research as needed.
Maintain documentation and follow SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
