The Pricing Strategy & Operations Manager is a senior leader responsible for architecting, governing, and advancing Midwest Tape’s enterprise-wide pricing strategy across physical media, digital products, and other services offered. This role focuses primarily on strategic pricing modeling, competitive intelligence, and long‑range revenue and margin forecasting, ensuring the organization can proactively respond to market shifts and pursue new pricing opportunities. The Manager will partner with teams across the organization to evaluate market trends, assess competitiveness, and guide major pricing transformations. They bring deep expertise in pricing strategy and profitability analysis to drive decisions that balance customer value, revenue goals, and competitive positioning. While routine pricing maintenance is supported by data operations maintenance teams, this role provides the vision, frameworks, governance, and analytical leadership to ensure processes and system workflows are scalable, compliant, and aligned with the company’s long‑term growth objectives.
