Position Overview: The Pricing Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing pricing governance, deal structuring, RFP responses, contracting, and approval processes for new and renewal PBM client contracts. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Underwriting, Finance, Legal, and Clinical teams to ensure deals are financially sound, compliant, and aligned with company pricing and risk standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience in PBM pricing models, rebate structures, and performance guarantees.
