Schedule → Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with remote on-call hours to support our 24/7 facilities as needed. Competitive Compensation → $73,000–$75,000 DOE with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with 6% match. Location → You will be assigned to our Dana Point Women's Program! Wellness Perks → Gym reimbursement up to $50/month. What You’ll Do Client Therapy & Care → Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, perform assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to meet client needs. Collaborate & Coordinate → Partner with the interdisciplinary clinical team to monitor progress, integrate care plans, and support clients across all aspects of treatment. Documentation & Compliance → Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. Professional Development → Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional networks to stay current with evidence-based practices and enhance client care. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
  • BBS registration/licensure (AMFT) required.
  • Valid California Driver’s License.
  • Clear Livescan background check and drug screen.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification required.
  • Must be able to safely interact with clients experiencing psychiatric symptoms or distress.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in residential mental health treatment; EMDR or Brainspotting training preferred.
  • Prior mental health, residential care, or healthcare experience is a plus (training provided).
