Requirements

In-depth knowledge of RWE databases, including administrative claims data and clinical trial data.
Demonstrated ability in evaluation and development of RWE from concept to application.
Familiarity with medical coding and ability to implement surrogate variable algorithms.
Proficient in SAS programming with a focus on complex analyses relevant to RWE.
Ability to interpret and communicate research findings effectively.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry practices related to RWE.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to establish project goals and timelines.
Serve as statistical lead representing Biometrics on health outcomes and epidemiology studies.
Act as subject matter expert for RWE/HEOR/HTA research design and methodologies.
Write statistical analysis plans and develop high-quality study protocols.
Provide strategic and tactical support for cross-functional RWE development.
Implement analytical methods aligning with overall business objectives.
Identify innovation opportunities in the use of real-world data.
Ensure rigorous quality control processes throughout data handling and analysis.
