About The Position
Wood is currently seeking a Team Lead Overhead Line Engineer to join its Technical Consulting & Decarbonization business focusing on combining consultancy solutions with technical expertise to support our client’s capital investment decisions on large mining projects. This opportunity is Onsite. Wood is currently seeking a Team Lead Overhead Line Engineer to join our Wood Transmission and Distribution team in Orlando, Florida. This role will suit someone with a significant experience in high voltage transmission OHL design who is keen to help in the development of our team and grow their team leadership skills. The role will be responsible for the management of the engineering team and ensure the engineering deliverables on assigned projects are delivered against the allocated contract specifications, program and budget. Our Technical Consulting & Decarbonization group combines consultancy solutions with technical expertise to support our client’s capital investment decisions across the global energy and materials markets. Our strategic advisory, design and delivery support leads our clients to the best possible outcomes. Wood leverages our world-leading subsea, decarbonisation, new energies, asset optimization and technology development expertise to add value to our clients' portfolios and projects worldwide.
