About The Position

You will be working closely with the Director of Concepts, Olympics and Central Sport Business Integration, Sport Business Integration Leads and Sport Leadership teams including GM’s. Sport Leadership partnership will be key to how you support and help to lead key priority workstreams. You will also work with the Nike leadership team to ensure key projects are scoped, built and shared dynamically within Code. You will be working with a team of seasoned operations teammates across both Sport and Functions. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who excels at the convergence of Sport, Product, Brand, and Business Integration. This position requires partnership across multiple sports and cross-functional teams, ensuring that Nike’s most critical concepts and priorities are realized through the company’s enterprise process. We are looking for someone who has/will:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 7+ years of experience in a project management related role
  • Act as a connector and integrator, translating sport-specific needs into actionable concept plans.
  • Align teams around shared priorities to drive unified outcomes.
  • Guide initiatives from early concept development through to successful navigation of key CODE gates.
  • Ability to bring diverse groups together to foster collaboration and shared understanding.
  • Skill in creating clarity across complex initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Expertise in ensuring concepts transition smoothly from ideation to execution, maintaining momentum and quality throughout the process.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Experience navigation enterprise process and complex project timelines
  • Excellence communication and storytelling skills for leadership audience

Responsibilities

  • Cross Sport Concept Integration Partner with multiple sport teams to understand season priorities
  • Align sport driven concepts with enterprise timelines
  • Identify opportunities to scale concepts across sport while maintaining the unique needs and voice of each sport
  • Lead integration of concepts into enterprise process including CODE
  • Coordinate with business integration partners to ensure alignment with broader enterprise priorities
  • Facilitate alignment cross Product, Brand Sport, Marketing and Marketplace teams
  • Navigate cross functional priorities to drive decisions and maintain forward momentum
  • Track concepts readiness and key milestones across teams
  • Continuously improve the way concepts move through the enterprise process
