About The Position

Compli is full services Commissioning, Qualification, Regulatory Compliance and On Demand services firm. We are experiencing growth as a firm and are seeking a qualified person to lead our Computer Software Assurance / Computer System Validation group. What You'll Do : Provide practice level leadership of the CSA / CSV offering from Compli Responsible for developing and promoting the services of Compli to clients and providing project execution subject matter expertise to clients Assist in the development of strategic plans for the improvement and growth of service offerings for Compli Participate in business development opportunities, including preparation of proposals, participation in client meetings and engagement in marketing activities to grow our client network for Compli services Establish and maintain client relationships with new and existing clients Share technical knowledge and thought leadership by identifying, mentoring and training professional staff as well as involvement within industry professional societies Supports development and execution of projects within Compli / GBA Life Sciences portfolio of services where applicable by providing subject matter expertise Provide a practical approach to problem solving Individuals must represent Compli at client sites as well as with industry related societies and interact confidently with clients, contractors, management and peers New client prospecting Client retention and growth of revenue from existing clients Development and strategic input for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Industry engagement within professional societies Obtain and maintain a 50% billability target for project services or meet and exceed business development forecasts for Compli services What You'll Bring : Minimum Bachelors degree in a related life sciences or engineering field or similar Military experience Minimum 20 years of life science industry experience Ability to converse about scientific matters Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others Subject Matter Expertise in one of the following: Computer System Validation Computer Software Assurance Excellent written communication skills with emphasis in technical writing Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and AutoCAD Lite. Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in a related life sciences or engineering field or similar Military experience
  • Minimum 20 years of life science industry experience
